Clean HK style BBQ joints - is that an oxymoron? Well, they do exist in reality located in that Jusgo Market. Always opting for the roast duck, it was a good venture out to find this little gem hidden in that food court strip. But alas, the joy didn't last too long, as I found another spot in the Great Walls Market without that "clean" label across the forehead. But be confident ye BBQ Corner of Jusgo, I will be back when I can't bear the stanks of Great Walls anymore.

BBQ Corner is also at Chinatown. I wasn't a huge fan of it but I gave this location a try. I should've went with my gut instinct.
My hubby wanted the crispy pork. Since Big Wong is inside Hong Kong Supermarket, I didn't to enter the busy supermarket in the afternoon but I should have done that instead.
The young girl up front is not very welcoming. Must be a Chinese thing/ I felt this also at Chinatown NYC. (The elderly friendly couple that runs Big Wong are Vietnamese). The guy cutting up the crispy pork is more friendly.
There is a sign that has if you pay with credit card, you will get charged 3.5% (You won't have that problem at Big Wong).
Their crispy pork is so freaking salty. It tasted like the ocean. It was inedible for me. If you eat it with rice, it will help but gosh!! I remembered eating it in Chinatown and remember how salty it was too. Get ready for High Blood Pressure!
No thank you. Never again.

They were super busy but this was during Chinese New Year so I assume that's why, however, this was also my first time and it was delicious!! This restaurant sits inside of the grocery story Jusgo and they were the busiest ones.
We ordered char siu, Duck, soy sauce chicken, and crispy pork. All served with rice and bok choy on the side. Affordable too! For one meat with rice it's (approx) $7.50, 2 meats $8.50 and 3 meats is around $9.50 or so. We got plenty of meat and it also comes with a clear broth veggie soup with radish and carrots.. the soup was pretty bland or just had small hints of veggie stock and pretty simple.
The Star was the char siu and the Peking duck! Super flavorful, plentiful, and delicious. Rice was cooked well and so was the bok choy--crisp and bright green.
The wait was a little bit longer than most restaurants like this but I let it slide bc of how busy it was as well as lunch time. They were working really hard though.
I would totally recommend this place and want to come back to get this dish as well as other items again to see if it stays consistent. -

I've seen BBQ Corner in Doraville and have never ventured in. However, since I've tried most of the spots I've wanted to try at the JUSGO market food court, I decided to give BBQ Corner a try.
We ordered the classics. Beef Ho Fun and crispy pork with rice. The crispy pork was fine - pork skin was crispy and the leaner meat was juicy. What I didn't love was the Beef Ho Fun. Sure, it was greasy but the noodles were a different texture than what I was used to - not as thin and soft as I have had in the past or at different Chinese bbq restaurants. The bean sprouts were also a bit overwhelming - it was probably the most plentiful ingredient in the dish. They were also a little undercooked - nothing like raw bean sprouts in your beef Ho Fun. I definitely could have done with the sprouts altogether if they were going to give them to me nearly raw.
Overall, not the best Chinese BBQ joint in town but it's definitely something different from all the noodle soup shops in the food court. -

Tiny little piece of egg shell.. I may understand but this is unacceptable!!!!!
How does this happen?!
